2026/2027 SHADOW CAP Schedule
Meeting Schedule
- Shadow CAP meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month during the academic year, beginning October 15, 2026.
- Fall Quarter: October 15, November 19, December 17
- Winter Quarter: January 21, February 18, March 18
- Spring Quarter: April 15, May 20, June 17
- Meetings will be cancelled if there are no files requiring Shadow CAP review.
File Deadlines
Shadow CAP will accept regular academic files for initial review if received in APS by the campus file deadlines.
