2024/2025 SHADOW CAP Schedule
The Committee meets monthly during the academic year.
During 2024-25, Shadow CAP will meet on the third Thursday of each month, beginning October 17, 2024, unless otherwise noted below. Meetings will be cancelled if there are no files requiring Shadow CAP review.
Fall Quarter: 10/17/24 11/21/24 12/19/24
Winter Quarter: 01/16/25 02/20/25 03/20/25
Spring Quarter: 04/17/25 05/15/25 06/12/25

Shadow CAP will accept regular academic files for initial review if received in APS by the prescribed campus file deadlines.
