2025/2026 SHADOW CAP Schedule
Meeting Schedule
- Shadow CAP meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month during the academic year, beginning October 16, 2025.
- Fall Quarter: October 16, November 20, December 18
- Winter Quarter: January 15, February 19, March 19
- Spring Quarter: April 16, May 21, June 18
- Meetings will be cancelled if there are no files requiring Shadow CAP review.
File Deadlines
Shadow CAP will accept regular academic files for initial review if received in APS by the campus file deadlines.
