Membership Composition
5 Academic Senate members. Must be former members of CAP, and there should be a minimum one-year gap between a faculty member's CAP service and appointment to Shadow CAP.
Meeting Frequency
As needed, but set schedule (3rd Thursday of each month from Fall quarter until end of June) to review approximately 10-12 files throughout the year.
