Catalog Copy
Catalog copy can be submitted to the Senate at anytime during the academic year. If there are any changes to curriculum (e.g. adding/removing course options, deleting a requirement, etc.) a curricular proposal is required.

Pedagogy and Learning Apprentice (PLA)
Submit all PLA applications through the Academic Student Employment System (ASES). Any PLA application that does not conform to SD Regulation 525 must be explained and justified in a memo to the Undergraduate Council. Please note effective Fall 2025, the UGIA role was updated to the Pedagogy and Learning Apprentice (PLA) role. Please see the announcement below for more details.
