The Chancellor will address the Assembly at this meeting, and other speakers include Cherie Scricca, Interim OPHD Director and Title IX Officer, and Judith Varner, Chair of the Committee on Privilege and Tenure. The 7th College Academic Plan will be presented; proposals to establish an Urban Studies and Planning Department, an MS & PhD Degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering (Medical Imaging), and a PhD Degree in Critical Gender Studies in the Departments of Education Studies, Music and Visual Arts will be presented; and the Committee on Senate Awards will present their nominations for the Faculty Research Lecture Awards.
If you are a Representative Assembly member and cannot attend next week’s meeting, please be sure to notify your alternate to do so in your stead. Your participation matters.
The fifth meeting of the 2018-19 academic year is scheduled for June 4, 2019, 3:30 p.m. in the Garren Auditorium of the Biomedical Sciences Building (1st floor).
