EVC Simmons submitted the report from the Task Force on Establishing a UC San Diego Writing Institute for Senate review. The report outlines a proposal for the scope of responsibilities for a UC San Diego Writing Institute, along with a recommendation for its institutional home, staffing model, and plans for implementation.
A link to the report is provided in the Resources box. Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by April 11, 2025 will be included in the review materials for Senate Council consideration.
