Proposed Amendments to Senate Regulations on Admissions

The Board of Admissions and Relations with Schools (BOARS) submitted amendments to Senate Regulations 419, 428, 440, 450, 452, 464, and 465, and proposed a new Senate Regulation 467. The amendments are to align the regulations with recent policy actions by the Board of Regents related to standardized testing, particularly the removal of standardized tests from the Comprehensive Review admission criteria. The amendments also conform the regulations to the recent consolidation of Regents Standing Orders and associated policies on admissions.
A link to the proposed revisions is provided in the Resources box. Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by March 3, 2023 will be included in the materials for Senate Council consideration.
