Issues Under Review

UC Academic Senate Chair Mary Gauvain has submitted for Divisional review a proposed revision to UC Academic Senate Bylaw 336, Privilege and Tenure Divisional Committees – Disciplinary Cases, in order to align the bylaw with state and federal law.

A link to the proposal is provided in the resources box. Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by December 4, 2020 will be included in the review materials for Senate Council consideration.
