UC Systemwide Title IX Director Suzanne Taylor has submitted proposed interim revisions to the Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Investigation and Adjudication Framework for Senate review.

A link is provided in the resources box to the framework proposal and a proposed revision to UC Senate Bylaw 336, to implement the framework.

Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by April 9, 2021 will be included in the review materials for Senate Council consideration.
