Issues Under Review

Dear Colleagues:

A systemwide review is being conducted to consider the proposed revisions to UC Senate Bylaw 336, Privilege and Tenure: Divisional Committees-Disciplinary Cases.

The review materials include a cover letter from UC Privilege and Tenure (UCPT) Chair Adebisi Agboola, and redlined and clean copies of the proposal.  As indicated in UCPT Chair Agboola's cover letter, the proposed revisions were first developed by an ad hoc workgroup convened by the UC Academic Senate Leadership in response to an audit report issued by the California State Auditor, and then reviewed, revised and approved by UCPT. The document is bookmarked. A link to the review materials is provided in the resources box.

Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by February 22, 2019 will be included in the review materials for Senate Council consideration.
