UCOP submitted a draft Presidential Policy on Anti-Discrimination for Senate review. The proposed policy covers discrimination, harassment, and retaliation by and against members of the University community on University property or in connection with University-sponsored activities.
A link to the proposed policy is provided in the Resources box. Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by April 3, 2023 will be included in the materials for Senate Council consideration.
