Chief Risk Officer Kevin Confetti has requested the Senate’s review of revisions to Presidential Policy BFB-BUS-63: Risk Transfer and Insurance Requirements. This policy establishes the required indemnification and insurance provisions to be included in contracts between the University and contractors or external parties.
A link to the revisions is provided in the Resources box. Faculty who wish to comment are welcome to do so. All comments received by May 2, 2025 will be included in the review materials for Senate Council consideration.
